Carpet cleaning professionals
Featuring : Up Out and Away Stain Remover

J & J Home Products started in 1995.  The owner, Allen Lesnick, found, developed and marketed a carpet stain remover which he felt was far superior to many retail type products.  He started cleaning carpets evenings and weekends while working his full time corporate job.  After cleaning residential carpets, he would leave a sample bottle of his product.  Clients would call back and re-order the solution.  Both the carpet cleaning service and Up Out and Away (carpet stain remover) have grown each year.  Allen left his corporate job to accommodate his growing business.

Up Out and Away
New pet stain removal procedure

Prompt action is essential to successful urine removal.  The longer you wait to treat it, the greater your risk for carpet damage.

Absorb as much of the stain as possible with a white cloth.

Apply a generous amount of Up Out and Away to the affected area.  Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.  Put a white cloth over the affected area.  Stand on white cloth to absorb as much solution as possible.

Again, apply a generous amount of Up Out and Away to the same area.  Place a white damp cloth over the affected area.  Allow cloth to sit for 30-40 minutes.

If you have an extraction machine (wet vac), remove as much remaining liquid as possible.

If you do not have an extraction machine, leave the damp cloth on the area, cover it with plastic wrap (this keeps it moist),  put a heavy object on top of the plastic wrap and let sit for 24 hours.  The remaining liquid and stain will transfer to the cloth.

When area is completely dry, simply vacuum the area to remove any remaining dry agents.

If stain reappears in a few days, repeat the above procedure.
